| Booking Details and Deposit Information: |
- Hunts can be customized to meet your specifications. |
- Additional days may be purchased if guide's schedule allows. |
- All hunts are 1x1; pricing for 2x1 available upon request. |
- Non-hunting companions are welcome at an additional expense (please inquire). |
- 50% deposit due upon booking a hunt for this year, balance due 60 days before hunt.
- To reserve a hunt for a future year, a $2,000 deposit is required upon booking, 50% due by
January 1 of hunt year, and balance due 60 days before hunt. |

| Refund and Cancellation Policy: |
| It is Edventures Unlimited's desire to fill openings on each hunt. If you must cancel a hunt, we will do our best to fill your position with an "on call" client, or a substitute of your choice. If we are unable to do so, the deposits will be forfeited. If the position is filled at full price, we will return all of the deposits. We strongly advise purchasing a travel insurance / trip cancellation policy. Links to online insurance companies can be found in the Useful Links section. |
